1. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges.
2. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
- Other Cities and Towns: 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
3. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your orders are handled carefully and delivered safely.
4. Package Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to check the live location of your package.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All our shipments are fully insured. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.
